You can place your order on the CleenUp app on your smartphone or on the CleenUp web app. The CleenUp app is a free to download and use, available from the Google Play/App Store, and the CleenUp webapp is available on www.cleenup.hu under the Book now! button. It can be used in the same way as the CleenUp app. In the case of fleet cooperation, you can indicate your washing request by sending an order to the e-mail address hello@cleenup.hu.

Orders can be placed using the CleenUp app/CleenUp web application, or in case of fleet cooperation by sending a message to hello@cleenup.hu. Unfortunately, we are unable to register an order over the phone.

Yes, in our CleenUp app you can place orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

In many cases, we can fulfill orders received the same day, but we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible, either the night before or early in the morning. In the case of fleet cooperation, the order must be notified to us at least 3 working days before washing.

Since the order is placed via online/application, the order can be placed at any time, any day of the week 0/24.

Yes, the order can also be modified later, e.g. it can be canceled or the time interval can be changed, as well as the ordered package can be modified afterwards, in consultation with our colleagues. In the case of fleet cooperation, this is possible no later than 48 hours before washing.

If the rain is only noticeable and the bad weather soon subsides, we can still carry out the cleaning. However, if it rains a lot, we'll reschedule. If we see that it will rain at the time of cleaning, we predict it ourselves so that we can find a more suitable time as soon as possible.

In case of external cleaning, there is no need for a personal meeting, we go to the place where the car is parked and we clean it. However, when ordering an external+internal cleaning, you need to open the car. Of course, you can then keep the key with you, and at the end of the cleaning we will indicate if the car can be locked.

For our service, it is not necessary to provide electricity or water on site. Our colleagues have all the tools necessary to carry out the cleaning.

We have tried to adapt the content of the offered packages in such a way that everyone can find the most suitable for them. The difference is in fact the different finishes such as plastic, rubber, leather care between the individual packages. For fleet cooperation, we have developed a unique fleet package called FLEET based on the company's needs that have arisen so far.

Our CleenUp mobile car cleaning service does NOT include: engine compartment interior cleaning, chassis washing, wheel drum cleaning, car upholstery deep cleaning.

On our website, you can find out about our prices by clicking on the button “Size chart”, but using the application, specifying the type of car, the app automatically shows prices according to the appropriate size. In the case of fleet cooperation, if we can get a list of cars belonging to the fleet, we will categorize them for you.

Our service can be settled using the payment method set up via the CleenUp app or the CleenUp web application. On-site payment is not possible. The following payment methods are available: credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, DKV fuel card, Shell fuel card. In the case of fleet cooperation, it is also possible to issue a monthly collection invoice.

After the washing is completed, payment is made. The payment and invoicing process is carried out automatically with the bank card details set up in the application. If we agree on a monthly collection settlement in the case of fleet cooperation, then the invoice with a payment deadline of 8 days sent after the end of the month is the basis of the settlement.

By entering the application or web app, you can enter the billing information when entering the bank card in the account/wallet menu. As an individual, we will always send you an invoice for the service performed. If a company account is required, you must also check the company option in this menu item and fill in the data.

At the first registration of a bank card, the bank asks for verification, this can be done either in the bank's telephone application or by entering the sms code sent by the bank. If the system does not accept it anyway, it is worth trying to register another bank card.

Our system accepts all bank cards that are suitable for online payment, including, of course, Revolut cards.

The bank card will be charged only at the end of the cleaning process, after handing over the clean car.

Depending on the size of the car and the degree of contamination, it takes an average of 1-1.5 hours for an external-internal cleaning. That is why it is important to choose a time interval for availability that is at least 2 hours overlapped with our opening hours.

No, cleaning is carried out practically completely without water, we use only the chemicals in the spray bottle, which we wipe with microfiber cloths from the surface of the car. Thus, no impurities are released directly into the environment.

Our service can be carried out anywhere, because the environmentally friendly cleaning products we use do not leave behind dirt and do not harm the environment.

Our technology works without adding water. To clean an average-sized car, we use about 0.3 l of self-developed cleaning agent.

If surface dirt has formed on the seats, our cleaning agents can remove it. In this case, among the additional services, we recommend ordering the stain cleaning service. However, if the dirt has penetrated into the deeper layers of the upholstery, we do not have upholstery cleaning equipment to remove it.

We also undertake cleaning in underground garages, garages and gardens, as the technology we use does not pollute the environment, so the service can be carried out anywhere. If there is an exclusive car wash on site, however, we cannot perform the service in the specified location.
